The goal of the Ambassador Program is connect first-time attendees with an annual meeting veteran to the help the first-timer navigate the meeting and provide networking opportunities.
If you are interested in helping an annual meeting "rookie" navigate the meeting, check the box on the registration form and we will match you with a first-time attendee. If you are annual meeting veteran, you must be willing to connect with the first-timer via email or phone prior to the 2013 meeting, attend the meeting and be available to provide on-site guidance. If you have already registered for the annual meeting and would like to participate, please contact Megan Blake.
The deadline for first-timers to request an Ambassador has ended. All first-timers who have requested an Ambassador will be contacted by the ACR before arrival at the Annual Meeting.
